Based upon the success of our teams and leadership programmes, we are increasingly becoming involved in organisational change work, often alongside management consultants and investment bankers.  We typically get involved in organisational culture and (re)design of the linkages between people and process strategy.  For example, in 2007 we were asked to take a strategic role in a large merger between a Romanian and North American company.  We designed and executed a programme which included values and behavioural workshops in Romania and Canada, during which change agents defined organisational values, translated them into measurable behaviours (at different levels of the organisation) and committed to act upon them.  From there we ran a cascading team programme and are now working upon the design of a bespoke leadership programme.
