Based upon the same format as a University tutorial, our style is to ask searching and profound questions that link up actions and meanings. It is not based upon any kind of standardised formula, or methodology, but rather rooted in the coach's use of critical thinking to help the client define and explore issues for themselves. Ultimately our objective is not so much to find solutions for people, but rather to enable them to think more critically, ask questions of meaning, provide tools for thinking and ultimately hold them to account for changes that they wish to make.
As E.F. Schumacher famously noted, work can and should provide “.... man a chance to utilise and develop his faculties; to overcome his egocentredness by joining together with other people in a common task; and to bring forth goods and services needed for a becoming existence.”
“Andrew is a unique reservoir of knowledge and wisdom that together with his own life experience help me see the world from some new perspectives. He is always well anchored in daily realities but ready to provide a broader view, thus an invitation to understand life from more deeply meanings. All in all, we had a pragmatic journey focus to enable results that last within an ever changing and challenging world. Thanks, Andy “
