The Client: The person will take the role of a managing director for the Bucharest subsidiary of one of the leading debt collection company in East Central Europe
The Candidate:
-University degree - preferably in economics or commercial subjects.
-At least 5 years experience either as the Manager of a company or as the head of a major department(e.g. finance or sales manager).
Should have managed over 30 people.

-Can plan and communicate company’s future in a structured and formal way.
-Can express future development of company in economic terms.
-Ability to take decisions and follow-through.
-Determined,does not avoid conflicts but human in approach.
-Ability to delegate.
-Easily and clearly communicate with owners about the company’s situation.
-Goal and task not problem orientated.
-Ability to create a team from people of different abilities.
-Motivating, innovative and able to realize new ideas.
English language is a must.
