The Role: To provide market leading advisory services to a wide range of clients on all areas of environmental finance, including:
M&A.
Capital raising (debt & equity).
Corporate/Business development on market entry strategies, deal sourcing and value chains.
Deep sector expertise in renewable energy and cleantech industries..
Unlocking growth opportunities, through formation of JV’s partnerships, etc.

The Candidates: 10 years + commercial experience.
Deep expertise and passionate about environmental markets.
Accounting or business qualifications.
Excellent quantitative analysis skills combined with strong communication abilities.
A high level of energy, yet still a team player.
Proven leadership ability.
