The Client: Is a leading City of London bank.

The Role: To provide financial analysis and modeling skills to the project finance (infrastructure and renewables) team and assist in deal structuring and negotiations.

The Candidate:

• 2.5+ years experience of financial modelling using project finance models in a leading project finance bank, leading project finance accountancy firm or equivalent;
• Experience of taking full responsibility for developing and running a financial model for a project leading to financial close of that project on at least two occasions;
• Experience of commercial negotiation of project finance term sheets;
• Good understanding of project finance legal and contractual structures;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence to question received positions.

• CFA, ACA or equivalent qualification;
• Additional language skills to compliment fluency in primary language.
• Experience of projects in the electric power generation sector and/or waste processing sector in the Eurozone or UK;
• Recent experience of corporate finance valuation methods.
