The Client: An independent wind energy developer and operator, with operations in Europe and North America.
The Role:
Working with the Project Managers and Developers to provide financial appraisals of new and
existing projects in the UK and across North America.
Working with the Project Managers and Developers to provide general project support on new and
existing projects in the UK and across North America.
Supporting senior management, in particular the Finance Director, with project financing, project
divestment and tender support initiatives.
Assisting in contract negotiations.
Responsibility for a detailed understanding of electricity markets, their functioning and pricing.
Being a team player.

The Candidate:
Awareness of renewable energy policy and the complexities of developing sites for wind energy.
An aptitude for problem solving and experience of driving complex projects forward to achieve set
objectives.
Project finance, equity and debt structures.
Evaluate and control existing financial models.
Advanced MS Office spreadsheet and business modelling skills.
Developing financial models for project financing purposes.
Due diligence and transaction support.
