The Client:  One of the worlds largest project management consulting firms, with a substantial track record in Romania and offices across the country.

The candidates:
a) Junior          
Qualified in Construction you will have limited experience of project management, or site supervision.  However, you will be able to demonstrate a determination and willingness to learn that enables you to grow quickly within an international team.
b) Intermediate
With 3 years experience, or more, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing projects, working with architects, developers and site personnel.  You must have a track record of bringing projects to completion on time and within budget.  If not a Romanian you must speak Romanian to a conversational standard.
c) Senior         
| Either an Ex-pat,or a Romanian who has worked internationally you will have a track record of successfully leading large commercial, residential, or retail projects.  Your communication skills (in English) will be of a high standard and you are used to managing multi million Euro responsibilities and supervising over 100 site personnel.
