Proven experience of designing and using HR tools to improve performance.
Used to leading a small team of HR professionals.
Demonstrable ability to operate and advise the Board, within the context of dynamic and often chaotic commercial environment.
A strategic mind that links together intellectual depth with commercial imperatives.
Outstanding communication skills.
Location: London
