Holistic Leadership

Is a one year modular programme, encompassing 7 key topic areas (9 days).  Due to its frequency and length, participants develop effective relationships with world class facilitators and learn about the key drivers of leadership, using our usual experiential approach, in some depth.  Particular emphasis is placed upon areas such as ethics, communication and people skills.
