Organisational Psychology & Consulting
Managers are often good at identifying the symptoms of their organisational problems, but less good at looking at underlying causes of conflict, inconsistencies and find it difficult to gain distance and challenge their underlying assumptions. Over the years we have often been in meetings to take a training brief and ended up diagnosing a deeper source of problems. Thus clients increasingly ask us to get more closely involved in developing their organisation in terms of people and process.
The experience and consulting skill to listen to how managers define their own issues and lead a research process that drills down into the root of the problem.
Developing solutions that improve process, develop people, or a combination of both, in a very targeted manner that delivers results quickly.
We are able to use a variety of psychometric tools to support organisational and individual analyses. However, our core skill is based upon our experience of things like building performance management systems, recognising when the organisational model and motivational/management selection tools don't fit, etc.
Our consulting team (see about us section) combines a wealth of people and process experience in a wide variety of organisations. It includes former HR Managers, psychologists, former soldiers, academics, strategy and operations specialists.
“I am happy to recommend Andrew as an out of the box thinker, effective facilitator, excellent connector of people, ideas, talent. He is a flexible consultant who can adapt and contribute in many areas due to his genuine curiosity, courage and inclination of deep diving and studying unchartered territories.”
