The interplay between structure and culture is central to framing questions of behaviour, motivation and performance.  The ability to recognise different organsational structures and cultures is key to both building appropriate systems and employing people that will flourish within them. The module is designed bring theories and examples of different structures and cultures to enable participants to be more effective drivers of change and business partners for their organisations.
