Our Approach

All of our programmes are based upon the principle of experiential learning; that is to say that we believe that one of the most powerful learning methods is through direct personal experience. Whether one is trying to construct a bridge across a river from poles and rope, or developing a marketing campaign, the essential skills of teamwork, leadership, communication, shared and accepted organisational culture remain the same for both tasks. Thus, our programmes are designed to allow people to experience real problems that occur in their working lives, understand the consequences of their actions and allow them the freedom to explore new methods of working. Used well, management development outdoors can be a very powerful force for change within an organisation.
