The module includes an outline of labour market theory, to provide both geographical/cultural and theoretical context for decision-making.  In order to participate in global business this is important both practically and for understanding competitive advantage.  It then moves on to methods for developing a structured approach to identifying top performers what defines them and how to reach them.  This will provide proven tools, such as the so-called MPC model, and mix with practical case studies and group work. 
The module concludes with a session on how the recruitment industry is structured and operates, in order define suitable partnerships and get the most out of them.
