Designed to be both intellectually rigorous and immediately practical, the modular format of this programme minimises impact upon working time, whilst maximising job relevance. Modules may be taken individually as stand alone learning. However, connections between modules ensure that learning across the programme is both logical and interconnected. The use of case studies, experiential tools & group interactions is central, to ensure that learning is interactive and impactful. There are two levels of learning. Level one is designed for less experienced employees and provides a solid foundation, from which to deliver coherent operational outcomes. Level two is designed for more experienced employees to be able to make a more strategic contribution to the organisation.
In order to receive a certificate at the end of each level participants will need to complete a short assignment, using their own workplace as a case study, to a satisfactory standard. This not only provides greater value to the programme, it also ensures employers that their staff have learned how to transfer learning from the classroom into the organisation.
The programme will be led by Dr. Andrew Taylor, who, in addition to 19 years experience of working in Romania, is an Associate Lecturer for the University of Hull; teaching HRM on their executive MBA programme at locations around the world.
