From inception in 2000 Connect CEE has pioneered a truly experiential approach to learning in Romania.  Unlike most team-building providers in Romania, we are focused upon using the outdoors as a learning opportunity, rather than an experience in itself.  

 In 2006 a project bringing managers and street children together, that we designed and executed was awarded best HR project and most innovative business project in the world within the client organisation.  In 2007 we concluded a year long team turnaround project which improved team performance by 700% (clients own KPI's) and is already being used as a model elsewhere by the client.
